The company has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), signaling its intent to raise a substantial Rs 3,668 crore. The IPO structure is a combination of fresh equity issuance, aimed at bolstering the company’s capital base, and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. The fresh issue of shares is worth Rs 2,100 crore and the rest offer to sell shares by existing shareholders.
